Degnekoro Masks

Déngnékoro is a region in Mali that the village of St. Camille has created an international partnership with throughout the years. These cultural exchanges have been mostly on the levels of agricultural and community life, nurturing both sides. This is the first occasion that the public has to discover this little known side of the richness of Malian culture.

MOUSSA DIABATÉ is a costume designer with Malian Nation Center of Cinematography with a noted interest in traditional textiles and clothing. Moussa has exposed his works world-wide and has given workshops especially on the Bogolan technic. He has worked on numerous film productions and has been a sought after collaborator in numerous African Art Festivals.
